Adam Laurie
With over 25 years of experience in the digital and technology sectors, Adam has worked with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to established enterprises, including some of Australia’s most recognised brands.
As founder and Managing Director of EngineRoom since 2013, he has pioneered innovative growth marketing solutions, leveraging data-driven strategies, AI, and technology to achieve sustainable growth for businesses. Previously, as Managing Director of Cleanawater (2010–2015) and Product Development Executive at Sensis, a division of Telstra (2005–2010), Adam has been a key driver of business transformation.
His dedication to engineering and technology-based solutions has delivered impactful results, earning recognition for growth (AFR Fast 100, three times), innovation (Telstra Awards State Finalist), and fostering progressive work environments (AFR Best Places to Work Finalist). His leadership has consistently driven success through innovation and growth.
